Undo after pasting at the start of a line goes back two steps instead of one

Recommended Posts

On Mac Evernote at the start of a blank line, type:

  1. a
  2. b
  3. c
  4. shift-left arrow (selects last character)
  5. cmd-c (copy)
  6. cmd-left arrow (moves to beginning of line)
  7. cmd-v (paste)
  8. cmd-z (undo)

Result: instead of the cursor being at the beginning of the line before step 7, it is back at step 4 with "c" selected.
