I am a law school student, and many of my peers are using One note. I am a loyal Evernote user ever since high school. I swore to myself I would stick to Evernote software. However, when exam prep came into full swing, I realized one feature that Evernote lacks. One note synchronizes notes while recording audio. During study groups if we had a question , the student would click on their class notes, and play the corresponding audio from the lecture. This was a huge advantage for the students who used this feature.

Outside of the school setting, I believe this feature would be great to those who attend many meetings. This article goes into further detail how the feature is beneficial for business professionals. https://www.pcworld.com/article/2912448/never-miss-a-word-with-microsoft-onenote-2013s-synced-audio-notes.html and also please see Onenote's explanation of the feature.https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Record-audio-or-video-notes-b90fa4a2-253b-47ec-99bd-c9b368268465
