"Rate Evernote" popup EVERY time I open the Windows application

I have been an Evernote Premium user pretty much since the program was created. I use macros to do all kinds of things with Evernote, and now my macros don't work, because EVERY SINGLE TIME I open the Windows application from my status bar, a popup shows up, center screen and on top, which invites me to "Rate Evernote". I have dismissed it, closed it, checked the stars, and done everything except allow you to email me about my rating... and the damned thing keeps coming back.

You are 10 minutes from losing someone who has been a loyal customer and a loud and public booster for Evernote. Get rid of this popup garbage RIGHT NOW.
