Evernote window fails to appear after opening app.

Though I've used Evernote for years without a problem, since yesterday, after I double-click on Evernote (v6.10) nothing appears on my desktop. Although the app's icon in my Dock has a dot under it (indicating the app is open), the only way I can see or change any of the data is by going to the web page.

How can I get the app to perform on my Desktop as it should?

Don't know why. But, three days after this problem began, after starting up today, Evernote now opens as it should.
