Sync problem due to unexpected problem at services side

hello,

my business notbooks won't sync anymore. I have no problem syncing my personal notebooks. Any idea's?

hi all

we have the same problem on multiple devices. evernote business is useless with the existing sync issues. it happens on ipad, ipone, windows evernote desktop. it works at times but not reliable at all and very annoying. answer from support-team always the same: remove app, restart phone/tablet and install app again.

there is no way the app can be used in a company with multiple users. is there any help to this problem?

There are sync issues in my opinion on each Application within the Evernote Platform.  Be it EN, EN Business, Skitch they all are suffering from reliability and that is what EN was built on.  It is asking you to use it to remember everything and it looses your work or isn't making life easy with these issues.

 

I too have had sync issues with EN Business.  Same from support, remove, re-install and see what happens.

 

I recently had a case open where I ended up deleting problematic notes, restoring them, sync, delete, empty thrash, sync and somewhere in there I managed to get it back on line....

 

It is annoying how this product is slipping in my opinion... Maybe OneNote might be worthy of a look... I hate to admit it...
