Evernote Widget Not Available to Add to Notification Center

I want to setup the new Evernote widget on iOS 8.1 however I'm having an unusual issue.

When I look in my notification Center and click the edit button at the bottom of it there are no widgets in the list to add anymore. It's just an empty screen. There used to be widgets to select from that I could put in the notification Center but they're all gone. Could this be a bug in the OS or with the Evernote app? Anyone seen this issue before?
