Change default font size - current one is a mere 8

When I use the Evernote Web Clipper for Chrome - and I use it a lot - the default note font appears to be Helvetica, Arial size 8.

 

That is far too small, I would prefer it to be at 12 or 13. How do I change this?

 

And is there a way to automatically resize the fonts in previous texts upwards?

PS. I should add that this happens when I use the Simplified Article format, which is what I typically do to save space.
