I know you guys don't here this often -- a customer service inquiry where the feedback is all positive. But, this one is. I love the Web Beta interface. Its beautiful, intuitive, and it works. Its not slow (read "fast enough"). And, its minimal -- leaving me to work on the stuff I need to where I care about content only. Nothing else on the screen. I just really appreciate that.
