I have submitted two inquiries regarding a refund request since I have not used evernote for 2+ years, and was unaware that I was being charged. I have no way of getting in touch with evernote help center by phone and am extremely frustrated! There should be a phone number contact specifically for financial inquiries. I have cancelled my subscription but still have not received a refund! Is anyone else dealing with this issue? How did you resolve it??
