How to change the phone app used to dial out

Hello,

Right now when I click on a phone number to dial it will open up Hangouts.  I want it to open up the normal phone dialer.   Android Samsung S7.  I assume I chose unwisely once and now am stuck with my choice unless someone can tell me how to correct this bad choice.
