Nope. Didn’t work. Have submitted ticket.

Same problem. Using the latest version of iOS and Evernote and although it says “clip saved” it does not work. Without this function Evernote is not very useful to me anymore. Will not be recommending it to anyone.

I too would love to see the ability to passcode protect individual notebooks rather than the whole app itself.
