Hi, the technical support suggested me to change the default notebook (https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/208314728), create a note and return to the previous default Notebook. The workaround worked for me. Now I'm again able to create notes and to clip web pages! Thank you so much @gazumped for your time!
