I am looking for a similar solution on Windows and Android. What is it take to put together a list of tools that integrate well?

Okay, 4.5 years later and this is still a problem? I was trying to standardize pdf editing across my devices and find out Foxit won't work. What is the issue? I can open the file in Foxit to view and save a copy, but can't edit?

It is frustrating to have a application on multiple platforms that don't provide the same workflow. It would be nice if the various platform teams worked harder at providing the same capability and feel.
