My subscription has renewed and I didn't want it to, so I need a refund because I don't use evernote anymore.  I'm finding it impossible to find any way of contacting Evernote either with a phone number or email address.  Can someone tell me how I can get an actual email address to contact them about subscription issues?  Thanks

If I want to search for the word #hello I would expect "#hello" to return only notes containing #hello but it returns notes with the word hello in them also.

Is there any way to do this?

Hi.  You're not missing anything that I'm aware of - Evernote doesn't (yet) allow you to remember specific view options.  It used to be possible in Legacy,  so you could revert to that unsupported version in the short term and maybe feedback to Evernote that you'd very much like the option returned,  and/ or set up a votable Feature Request here (if it hasn't been done already) to see how many others favour the same thing.  It's unknown whether,  or when,  Evernote intends to re-include this feature at some future time.

I want to be able to sort each notpad differently and it remember my choice.    Some I want sorted by date created, some I wanted sorted by name.  Why doesn't Evernote remember your choice for each notebook?    I'm continually having to resort each notebook each time I use it.   It's probably just me missing something but help appreciated?

I wanted to make a note of a dentist on google maps, so I shared with evernote, selected my notebook and hit save.  It seemed to be saving it initially but then dissapeared, tried it again a few times but still same problem.  I thought it would be helpful to report the potential problem here as I love using evernote.  Hopefully this isn't just me doing something wrong.
