Just happened again, week old documents completely vanished.

Fool me once shame on you,  fool me twice....goodbye Scannable!

Surprise! I was about to post a warning regarding disappearing recent documents after reopening the Scannable  app.  Our missing documents were a couple of days old and very important - we no longer have access to the originals. Concerning such a serious issue, it's disapointing not to view a reply from the self proclaimed - Best Note Taking App. Shame, shame...

Have any of the readers found a solution to retrieve the documents.
