Turns out the Screenshot is preserved in the web version.
I'll fiddle with my android app to ensure it's not local.

I don't have Passcode on.
When I revisit a note with a Screenshot, the Screenshot is gone.
A +/- 272 kbyte file is in its place.

I'm able to screenshot.
But when I check later, I only have a 252 byte file on my android galaxy mobile.
Evernote for Android now blocks screenshots
in Evernote for Android Issues (Versions 10.0 and above)
