I cannot access EN from Vietnam IP address until using VPN in the past 3 weeks. And I also upgraded my account plan.If the problem is still not resolved.I'll consider to change services soon.

The problem is still not resolved until now.
I cannot access EN from Vietnam IP address until using VPN in the past 3 weeks.
