No point continuing pay for the premium if no evernote app on my windows computer

I can't run any more Evernote installed from windows store to my Windows Surface Go2 which runs on Windows 10S.

I get the following: Something went wrong on our end, sorry about that. Please try restarting Evernote.

Even after a new fresh windows installation the problem persists.S

Please, I need a folder, subfolder-tree style for better organizing my notes inside notebooks.
