Evernote Developers,
I was warned about this upgrade by my brother but however, due to the Auto-Update feature I was unable to stop the upgrade on my phone.
The net effect is the loss of access to ~150 notes on my desktop app (OSX, EN 7.14) as the two versions do not seem to be able to coordinate their sync.
In addition, the desktop app does not seem to sync with the web server as the note counts do not match. The ability to sync across devices and versions is a CORE functionality.
Without it, the entire Evernote ecosystem is rendered inoperable and therefore useless to users.
Useless apps are quickly tossed aside. After reading the comments on this forum, the lack of responsiveness and the inability downgrade to a more stable iOS version I refuse to upgrade the desktop version until these issues are resolved. Half-baked releases that remove long standing features and simply do not work are not the way to instill trust in your user base.
Evernote: Take note...
*This* is how you *lose* customers/subscribers!If you'll note - several posters are *already* looking to jump ship to other apps.
The flare has gone up. The shot across the bow has been fired.
Move quickly before the loyal customer base you've so carefully built up is gone in a flash. One foot out of the boat.....

Numeric Keypad for Keyboard Shortcuts
in Evernote for Mac Issues (Versions 10.0 and above)
Posted
Issue: Use of Number keypad for Keyboard Shortcuts
One one point, using the numeric keypad, Opt+Cmd+ a number quickly jumped to Notes, Home, etc.
Example: Opt+Cmd+1: Home
That functionality is now gone.
And yes, Mouse Keys and Num Lock have been checked - no luck.
Can we please get Evernote to recognize the Numeric Keypad numbers for Keyboard Shortcuts?
