But in your particular case, it sounds like that isn't the case for A or B or maybe both?

Case A, but fixed by reinstall the APP in iphone

As the topic, I really want to know why I need to spend the time to add the tag for each note. This is the core function of Evernote and the main point I still using Evernote over ten years.

I don't know why the basic and the core function which is the search engine is always have bug for each version, is it the programmer is not cared the old function?

same here, my PC version also can't sync

Same here. It is not a first time when I updated to 10.0.4. I did test to use 2 devices (iPhone 11pro and se2) to record the 30 min meeting, after meeting, iphone 11pro audio file is saved and I added some text and audio file cannot save into the SE2! But it is not a happy end, when I saw my 11pro, the audio file is missing!!! 
I regret that to update 10.0.4, any one have the previous version
