Windows Version 10.27.5 Installation Error - Java Script error occurred in the main process

I am getting the attached error when I try to install Windows version 10.27.5.  I have removed all other versions of Evernote (10.26.5 and Legacy).  I also completely removed my data and re-booted and still get this error.  

Has anyone else had this error and found a fix?

I have removed all other version of Evernote and all my data and then rebooted the laptop and still have the associated error.  The error message is attached.

Anyone else encountered this and have a fix?
