My Import folder works OK until Evernote is updated and then it forgets the folder and I have to delete the import folder and set it up again.

Evernote is updated pretty frequently (great) but losing the import folder functionality (it still shows in the setup dialog) is just an irritation and it'd be nice if Evernote sorted this out.

  2. I hoped this had been fixed too but there are still possibly issues.

I pasted an article into a new note and cut the title to paste into the title field. This worked fine. However, when I came back to the note next day all of the body text had disappeared (the title was still there)

I haven't tried to recreate this so far, I've just gone back to copying the text to paste into the title (this happens automatically when I click in the title field, not normal iOS pasting behaviour I think).

  3. Hi,

    Evernote iPad OS 17.0, Evernote 10.54.1 (1209339)

I keep a notebook of clippings from newspapers and magazines that I read on my iPad (out of The Times newspaper and magazines I read in Readly)

I paste the content into the note and then 'cut' the title and paste it into the Title of the note. However, currently if I do that, nothing is pasted into the Title field. If I 'copy' the text and click in the Title field, the text is automatically pasted into the title without my hitting 'command V'. In addition, if I try to copy further text to append to the title, I can't add the copied text to the title (nothing happens when I hit command V).

Is this to do with some aspect of the text I pasted into the note (it's plain text as far as I can see) or is it something to do with Evernote's handling of cut/copy/paste.

    Any thoughts?

    Cheers

  4. Hi,

created a series of screen grabs and then merged them.

Having done that, I find that the merged note is "View only".

I can find no way to allow the note to be edited, (which I would kinda like to do, it is my note after all!)
