I also have this problem with Evernote taking up over 17GB of space across
Application Support > Evernote > resource-cache
Containers > com.evernote.EvernoteI've uninstalled Evernote and deleted the folders.
Afre re-installing Evernote and giving it a couple of hours to sync the folder in "Containers" did NOT re-appear and then "resource-cache" folder has re-appeared and is at 2.2GB.
So saved ~15GB, will see how this changes over time as I use Evernote -

When I try and run a shortcut using the "Append to Evernote" on my Apple Watch I get the error "Could not run Append to Evernote. Shortcuts does not have access to your Evernote account."

The same shortcut runs fine on my iPhone. You can see the shortcut details in the image below.
How can I grant access to my Evernote account so that I can run this shortcut from my Apple Watch?

Thanks DTLow, I also have an update in that the folder is now at 8.7GB.
