Is there an offline desktop clipper that can clip any application on my Win 10 desktop including web pages and store is in the EN Desktop with the native formatting?
I haven't used EN since the 2.0 version and it had a clipper toolbar and a taskbar icon to clip anything and to drag a selection box around anything to capture it as an image.
