Did you ever figure out a solution to this? I'm having the same exact problem and linking to Things is critical to my workflow. I manage all my tasks in Things and (I'm trying) to keep all my notes in Evernote. The Things links work in both Agenda and Bear, and while I love both of those apps, my job requires me to collaborate now so I'm stuck using Evernote. 😞
