I'm new to using Tasks on EN.  I too like the idea of being able to add tags to tasks but understand it may be difficult given the note architecture.  My workaround is to create a note for tasks within each project (=notebook) I'm working on.  That way I can group by project in the task view.  Not perfect, because if I add tags to other notes within the project they tasks won't group together neatly, but it provides one more level of organization. 

I would also like this feature -- the ability to add notes within a task -- and the ability to create subtasks, or even a checklist within the task itself.
