This is bad news. I'm an active linux user. Have been using Linux for over 10 years now. And also I have been using Evernote for around the same time. Having official Linux Evernote client was thrilling! Now that it's officially discontinued, I think I have to consider other options >_>

Ian Small, CEO of Evernote, said that they're gonna built native Linux client this year. No delivery date has been announced to the public just yet. I'm a Linux user just like you and I'm very sad that they haven't been concerned with Linux users  from the very beginning, and I have been using Evernote for around 8 years now.

I'm still waiting for their Linux client.

Not any more.  It was working for me on the web ( past several months) but at some point in the past couple of weeks, whenever I copy and paste a block of Javascript code from Visual Studio Code IDE into Evernote Web, it loses all formatting (background color/syntax highlighting) and I must individually indent every line of code in the block. Something changed for worse. 

That is true, unfortunately. Don't know why the moved to a worse state of the web version!
