I have more than 50 notebooks and over 1400 notes, and the computer is MAC, is there any easy way to backup everything?

my is the newest version 10.42.7 in OS.

Why I can't select more than 50 notes now? Before, I can select all notes together and export them at once to backup all my notes.

But now this feature is gone. I have more than 1400 notes, is that a easy way to backup all notes?

I downloaded the Scannable app from app store and try to log in to my Evernote account for saving pdf files, but failed several times getting "The service encountered an error. Please try again later"

I have tried several times to remove the apps (scannable and evernote) and download them again but still doesn't help.

Not sure if there's any setting problem that I didn't notice before or what?
