    Hi Clipnote,
    To achieve this, log in to Evernote Web, then click on your account (the icon in the upper left corner), and select “Personal Settings.” There, you can adjust the language recognition options. As you can see by clicking on this link, mine are set to English and Dutch, with the display language temporarily set to English for this post.
    When you open the Evernote Desktop app afterwards, these language recognition settings will also be applied there.
    However, as far as I know, changing the display language in the Evernote Desktop app requires changing the language of your Operating System. This is at least true for the Mac version.
