This has been bugging me for a while. When adding a sketch to a note there is a high degree of loss of what you were just working on. Sketch does not save intermediate updates to your note. Here are some cases where this happens. All are very frustrating and apps like Paper do not have this issue. This would be a high value feature request.

• Switching between apps
• Locking of your iOS device

Apple Notes has a nice feature where when you scan a document it will auto identify a title. When scanning a lot of documents this simplifies my workflow. Ideally, it would recognize some of that tags that I have placed on similar documents.
