I am on EN 10.81.4

Mac Sonoma 14.2.1

When I save a new note, it does not display in my Recently Captured widget. I have to search for it to see it. I would often enter a new note from SnagIt or my phone, then add tags once it was in EN desktop. This is now cumbersome. Suggestions to get it to work the old way?

I have many clients. I don't recall all their specific nuances. I would like to see if Evernote could read me the text in a note on a client that would allow me to listen to it in my car just prior to meeting them? 

I try to remember unique things about each of them, but honestly don't have the memory to do so.

That may be the case, but I don't typical shut down the Evernote app. I did just do some more phone scans and they went into my desktop EN quickly. It just seems to be glitchy at times which means I have to double check every instance, costing me time. Not critical at this point but some items may be discarded and unrecoverable in the future.

I used my phone to scan a doc into Evernote. I can "see" the doc in preview mode but when i click and open it, it doesn't exist. Suggestions?

I really wish EN would communicate with the community they support.

First, I'd try deselecting the "Keep a copy of my notes on this device at sign-out".

Then sign out and sign back in.

If that doesn't fix it then uninstall Evernote and reinstall it. If on Windows, use Revo Uninstaller to completely wipe it. On MacOS, use AppCleaner.

I tried but still lost content of original pinned note.

Thank you. I tried this step to no avail. 

I unpinned the note and pinned a different note. 

I can open and see the NEW pinned note info.

I UNpinned the NEW note and I can still see the content.

The OLD pinned note shows a count of completed items (see attached) BUT is still empty when I open it. (see attached)

End result, the contents of the original pinned noted seems to have disappeared and nowhere to be found. Very concerning.....  

Also, my apologies...this is an iOS section and I am on a MacBook Air. 

I have a Pinned Note that is a "To-Do" list. 

I can see the start of my list on the Home screen.

When I click to open it, it defaults to 3 new unchecked boxes without any items on my list.

I have opened it in all ways possible with the same result, including UNpinning the note. 

I CAN see the complete list on my iPhone/Evernote app. 

How can I see the list on my desktop again? 

Thank you. For some reason that option was not appearing but it began working again. I appreciate the help.

I upgraded to Premium so I could scan biz cards. It was working fine for a few weeks, now the camera does not recognize a business card. Any suggestions?
