I cannot renew my premium account via credit card on the evernote website. i have tried different cards at different times but it keeps telling me in cannot process the card. all the cards are good as i checked. 

i submitted a support email but still waiting for a response. the internet chat is offline. i just want to renew. why is this so difficult?

anyone else have this problem.
