If you see this, you can - if not, not. 10.93.0 iOS.
Under Navigation, the “Quick Access” option says “Select if you want to have Notebooks or Shortcuts in the navigation bar”. When I select it, I only get the option for Notebooks, Shortcuts isn’t even an option. I used to have Shortcuts in the nav bar, but not now.

You can go to app settings, Navigation and choose the view you would like as a Home Screen: Notes, tasks, shortcuts or calendar.
Or you stick with the new „Create“ screen.
You can go to the Home dashboard through app settings as well, but you can’t choose it as Home Screen any more.
For you use case selecting a note as Shortcut, and selecting Shortcuts to show first is probably the way to go.
Nope, I get: Create, Notes, Notebooks, Tasks and calendar. No SHORTCUTS available. I don’t understand your last line.

The look is different than when it was first released. There are buttons at the bottom that allow fast access to notes and shortcuts that weren’t there before. It would have been nice to have the ability to customize those buttons. Like a Widgets button.

It was moved. In case you missed it, you can get back to the screen by tapping settings, upper left, and then my widgets.
But that doesn’t make it the default opening screen. Still have to click away to get it

Same thing on iOS. I am usually looking at one of my note versus creating one, so it takes more clicks to get to where I want. HELP!
How to make "My Widgets" the default screen when opening Evernote

Thanks. That helped fix it. I wasn’t aware that my selection of the first option, effected my options in the second. Now at least I have my shortcuts readily available. Now if the Widget’s Homepage could actually be the homepage like it is on MacOs.
