Privacy while using Clipper

I have searched in a number of places and haven't seen this particularly addressed anywhere.  Use of the clipper extensions gives access to your websites visited and the web content within those sites.  1) Does the access to the web content include credit card numbers, etc. that you might enter in to forms?  2) Even more importantly, does that access get revoked when you disable the extension, or can it still access that information as long as it's installed?
