Unable to access notes opened in a new window

I'm using Evernote on a Windows computer, Evernote version 10.16.7 and Windows version 20H2. I frequently have the issue where I open a note in a new window and I cannot locate the new window. When I roll over the Evernote icon on the bottom of my screen, I see that the window exists, but does not appear on any of my monitors (I have 2 external monitors plus my laptop). Other times, I can see the bottom of the window on one of my monitors but have no way of accessing the actual note window. Sometimes if I right click to close the window and then re-open that note in a new window it works, but it is very hit and miss.
