Skitch is not launching on MacOS Mojave Cannot be opened because of a problem"

Hi Team,

 

I am supporting a large enterprise environment and have a user on MacOS Mojave who is unable to launch Skitch 2.9 as it has run into a problem. I have attached a screenshot and realyl would like to get some assistance here. I have attempted to reach support directly but there does not seem to be an avenue for this.
