I’ve followed the instructions exactly. I’ve setup two-step verification on many other sites & apps, and I’m a software engineer, so I know what I’m doing.
Every time I enter a TOTP on https://www.evernote.com/secure/SecuritySettings.action (I trimmed off the query string here for security reasons) to complete the setup, I get the following error: Your code doesn't match what we're expecting.
I also tried using authenticator apps other than Google’s, but they all generate the same TOTP as Google’s.

How can I enable two-step verification?
Two-step verification setup repeatedly fails.
