Sister gets notifications, I don’t 🤔

So, both my sister and I have an iPhone X. I recently told her about Evernote since it would come in handy for her, she started using it and likes it. But she gets these promotional notifications that she would like to stop receiving.
 

The thing is I never get these notifications so I was surprised. Now she is very annoyed by them because she receives them almost every day and we couldn’t find an option to disable them.

I wanted to check if all Evernote app notifications are turned off on my iPhone since maybe that’s why I don’t receive them but I can’t find Evernote under notifications settings like on my sister. I typed and searched for Evernote in settings and when I open it’s app settings the notification options aren’t there for some reason. I’m so confused. What’s going on here? Here are my questions:

• Why can I not find notification settings for the Evernote app?

• How can I stop these notifications on my sisters iPhone?
