Hello

I had to have my iPhone replaced due to a problem with the touchscreen. The old phone had to be destroyed to get the new one.

On my new device I could not find all my notes anymore. So I followed all the trouble shooting instructions according to the Evernote help website. Still, everything lost! (I could not find any of my files on Evernote web as well).

Is there anyone who can help me? Thank you very much in advance!

Replacing a device shouldn't impact the master version of the data on the Evernote servers
- I'm assuming you ran the sync process before replacing the device

"Everything Lost" is usually caused by using the wrong userid
