Please add an easy way to create any: searches. Sure, it's an advanced search option, but it would be nice to not need to type it in to use it. I'd suggest an added selection on the "Refine Searches" panel. As a sidelight, I'd like to see "Refine Searches" always available when searching; seems that you need to type something into the search box before it appears.
