Remove Linked In Connections from associated apps

Linked In Connections is still featured in the Evernote App Center: https://appcenter.evernote.com/app/linkedin-connected/iphone

However, five months ago this app was shut down so that its features could be integrated into the main Linked In app.

Might want to update your website ;-)
