You can reassign them, but AFAIK, you cannot turn them off. Have you considered making them really absurd, like CTRL-ALT-WIN-SHIFT-x where X would be some letters or numbers? no way you'd accidentally do that. I just sprained a finger trying to get a 5 key shortcut in there, but it stuck. Link to comment
