I have this problem in the Evernote app on Mac.

When I select text and press Command-K, I can add a hyperlink. However, if/when I try to edit that same hyperlink, it just puts the hyperlink into the text of the note. It's a bit of a mess. I find I just have to retype any links I've created if I chose to edit them. Sad part - I have a daily task list note (which I duplicate each morning) into which I often modify links from the previous day... Now - a very cumbersome proposition.Screen Shot 2016-08-10 at 9.34.32 PM.pngScreen Shot 2016-08-10 at 9.34.32 PM.pngScreen Shot 2016-08-10 at 9.34.23 PM.png

This issue has not been addressed, though on August 10 Evernote acknowledged they were aware of it.

It occurs on Windows using Evernote Premium

If you attempt to Edit and existing Hyperlink and paste a replacement, most of the time the link itself is pasted.

The workaround is to Right Click Remove, highlighted word(s), Ctrl-K (Add), then paste

UPDATE 12/3/2017

Not sure when, but his issue is now fixed!  Thank-you!  :)

This issue is now fixed!  Thank-you very much. I create hyperlinks many times a week and this annoying issue was addressed.  :)
