Missing note content help

Hello, 

I opened evernote on my new laptop and when my notes synced, it deleted half of the content. Can someone please help me recover the information? I've looked in Trash and tried to recover from my phone app, but no luck. 

I tried to contact support, but there is a request to develop an Activity log. I do not see the "Help" button that the page describes.....

On my Mac, the activity log is generated using Help > Actiity Log as per the image below

You might try logging into the web platform at www.evernote.com and check the master copy of your notes to verify the notes are truly deleted.
You might just be having an error with your device.

Thank you! I was able to download the Activity Log, but I cannot find how to submit a ticket. Do you know how?

Answer the questions and at the bottom there's a button to create a support ticket

Okay, I answered the questions but this is what I see at the bottom. Do I have to upgrade?

What did you put in the quick search box?

You have to type something into the box
