I use Evernote on a daily basis for "Daily Notes" I have a notebook with a pile of notes titled with dates, one for each day. These sometimes get long, because I record tasks, followups, random notes, sometime screenshots and files. I love Cornell Notes and I use checkboxes to mark action items, so, a lot of times I have lots of text, with random checkboxes mixed in.
It would be AWESOME if I could filter the note to see ONLY list items, so I have a list of actionable items, or ONLY images, etc. To take it step further, it would be cool to do that on the notebook level also, so a project notebook could be filtered to see all list items, images or files (this is something Basecamp does well, with project files).
