Jerome Liew 0
I am an Evernote users for many years, and now I probably will be forced into a subscription users. Been experience notes missing and to no avail, and also seen a lot of complaints towards customer support. Let's see how this company response to my thread before I move all my company stuff here. Did you even submit a support ticket before posting here? I think you've put the cart before the horse. Evernote's support has not always been stellar – they have often seemed back-logged which has earned a (not totally unjustified) mixed reputation – but they really do seem to try and get things sorted out for users if it's technically possible to do so. Hi Scott, No, I have not. I am testing the customer support service here. Like you mentioned, it has always not been stellar, I am hoping that when I ditched all other service, this one will not disappoint me. Thank you. 1 hour ago, DTLow said: You're posting in a user forum. If I wanted to contact Evernote Support, I would open a ticket at Contact Evernote Support Noted DT. Thank you. Link to comment
ScottLougheed 1,316
As DTlow notes the forum, being a user forum, is a poor test of the support. I hope your official contact with support goes well and that you are able to get your issue resolved! Link to comment
