Scannable App for Android

When will android user will get the scannable app. Built in Evernote camera sucks as I can't scan them as PDF's. 

 

Is there any plan to provide Scannable App for android. Can you guys tell if company is planing to do any thing for android users. If not then give discount for Android Evernote premium users.

Evernote team is saying it is commimg to Android soon from 2years, which is a shame for a company like Evernote.
