My iphone keeps getting this message and the Console says:

How do I find the offending note?

It's a bit hard to say for sure what's happening there. You could get more information via Apple's Configuration Utility:

I'd recommend that you try uninstalling our app, reboot the iPhone, and then reinstall from the App Store.

Try creating a new note on the iPhone and see if it works after that. It downloads fine for me until I add a note from the iPhone.

Please confirm that you've updated to the latest version (3.3.1) which came out over the weekend. If you still have problems with the latest version, then please use the Configuration Utility to retrieve the details from your device.

jpaulus - this problem has been fixed in version 3.3.2, which we sent to Apple for approval on Tuesday morning.

For now, you can work around the problem by uninstalling the application and then reinstalling it from the App Store.

Same trouble here, shows 24% sync progress (declines each time, presumably as more notes are added on PCs), then error msg:

i have the same problem and i am also running 3.3.2

data is not syncing to my iphone or ipad. i already un-installed and re-installed. that worked fine for 1 day but the problem is back.

i am leaving on a trip in 5 hours and this is rather inconvenient to say the least.

please fix this ASAP. i was hoping to read a bunch of notes on my ipad during my flight today. i may need to go to instapaper instead if evernote is nor working properly.

i have been a happy evernote user for 2 years and i have a paid account.

evernote is a part of how i work now and i just got scared at how much i rely on this and that it is not as reliable as i thought...

The best way to help us track down the cause of this issue is to gather more information from your device using the Configuration Utility from the link, above. We haven't seen this on any of our devices, so we're trying to figure out what's happening.

I am having the exact problem with both my ipod and ipad. My desktop app also will not sync. All are running 3.3.2. It has been this way for two days.

Either way, we'll want to get logs from your device(s) and/or computers. The iPhone and iPad logs come from the Configuration Utility (above), and the desktop clients come from: Help > Activity Log...

Thanks for these logs, this is very helpful.

Now, I believe that you should be able to fix the problem by:

Uninstall Evernote

Reboot the device

Reinstall from the app store

I'm getting this error too. This morning when I tried to open the application it would just quit inmediately after opening. So I uninstalled it, rebooted and got it from the app store again.

When the login screen appears I enter my username and password and there I get the error:

Nevermind my last post: the issue had nothing to do with Evernote. Instead it was my fault for jailbreaking the device. For the record, the problem was with the LockInfo app, specifically with the "Bypass Passcode" option. Apparently, when there is no password entered to go into springboard, iOS gets confused and authentication fails in many apps.

This bug also messed my Mail.app and I was also having issues with Twitter, which forgot the password a few times.

It would be helpful to note that 'reboot' means more than just switch it off and back on [ie hold down power and home button until apple icon appears].

Hello.  I'm sorry but this 'fix' does not work for me.  I have deleted the app from my phone, restarted the device and re downloaded from the app store on my phone. Each time I try I get the same error message.  I tried deleting the app from iTunes and re downloading it and syncing it that way and still the same.
