Two-Factor Authentication not working (not enabling)

I've gone through the steps to enable two-factor authentication (twice now) and it isn't working. In the settings it still claims that I haven't enabled two-factor authentication. I know the steps mention downloading Google Authenticator (I'm using Authy): does Evernote require the use of a specific authentication app (Google)?

I have this same issue and exactly the same thing happened to me. I am also using Authy and have this same question. I am on a free account.

Does Evernote 2 step verification have to be used through the google authentication app?

Ok so Authy will work. But it doesn't work on the free account. You have to upgrade to a paid account for it to work.
