Morris Wang 0
Hello Everybody, I can't sign in my Evernote account since I use my new iPhone. (iOS 9.3.1) It show "Error communicating with the Evernote servers" (Evernote 7.13.1) And I can't find Evernote data from my iPhone “Diagnostic & Usage Date". I guess that the new phone has not been signed in. My account can sign in on Web and Mac, just can't work on my phone. And I tried to delete and reinstall iOS APP, still can't sign in. Could you please help me solve this trouble? Link to comment
Ex Employees Solution annah 133 Posted May 9, 2016 Ex Employees Solution Share Posted May 9, 2016 @Morris Wang Hi! I recommend trying to reset network settings from your iPhone settings. Once in Settings, go to General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Note that this may require you to re-enter any WiFi passwords you have previously set up, but these steps usually fix this issue. Bien 0
Hey I got the same problem and did the same thing but it hasn’t worked yet. It’s so frustrating. I got email saying someone logged in on web (Windows) from Moscow so I changed my password, worrying my personal information revealed. And now I can’t even log in on app, only web version. can you please fix it? BTW I don’t know why you don’t have 24/7 support for subscribed members??? Thanks Link to comment
simonjanos 0
Hi, The "Reset Network Settings" does not necessarily solve this problem. For me, an older cloud-backed version was downloaded to my device (I used an iPhone a long time ago, now I’m starting again for one of my devices) and that was the problem. I had to delete and then reinstall. I was referring to another iOS but I ended up installing a newer version and I was able to log in. Link to comment
